We ship large and heavy objects via UPS GROUND.

delivery time is within 3 to 14 business days within United States and 7 to 21
days International.

items purchased over $100.00 are shipped PRIORITY AIR-MAIL with insurance
(no exception). And items purchased over $500.00 are shipped EXPRESS
AIR-MAIL with insurance.

under $100.00 can be shipped in two manners at the buyer’s choosing. 1)
FIRST CLASS which DOES NOT come with insurance and you ‘THE BUYER’ take
responsibility for loss or damage, and 2) PRIORITY MAIL which comes with
insurance.

If, for any
reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you must notify us via email
within
3 days
of receipt of the item and we will try to resolve it to your
satisfaction.
We do not cancel
final purchase due to change of mind or misunderstanding.
We do not accept
returns unless there was a gross error in our description.
Due to
circumstances beyond our control, if an insured package is delivered damaged, stolen or lost the refund will be issued upon receipt of
insurance settlement from the shipper which would take between 4-8 weeks
from the filing date. Per USPS policy filing for non-receipt of package
is 21 days from shipping date.
ALL REFUNDS ARE MINUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING
COSTS.
We initiate all insurance claims online and we will request from you to email us photos of the damages in order to file the insurance claim. Once insurance claim is filled you will be notified by postal carrier to return the item to your local post office in its original packaging.

bidders will be reported to eBay and negative strike will be
left on your account.
Failure of the
buyer to make payment will result to filing of “AN UNPAID
ITEM DISPUTE” with eBay. If the buyer does not respond to the dispute
and make prompt payment, a non-payment negative strike
against the buyer will be posted which will remain permanently on the your record.
